Refund policy

It is important that you are happy with your Femke Textiles purchase. 

All our products are hand printed which means there may be slight differences/imperfections during each print run and from piece to piece making them all original. As all our products are made from natural fabrics, there may also be the occasional slight imperfection in the fabric but these imperfections do not compromise strength or quality and are not regarded as faults. There may also be slight seasonal variations with base cloths and if you are wanting to match a previous purchase, please request a sample.

We do our very best to accurately photograph all products, however please be aware that colours may vary slightly on different computer screens. The colour and print placement you receive may vary slightly from what you see in the online store - this is not considered a fault. Please request a sample of colour and pattern if you are needing an exact match.

If you have any concerns please contact us. We are happy to refund if the item you purchased is damaged or faulty, however we do not refund for change of mind. Should you believe your item/items to be faulty, please contact us at femketextiles@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please also send us a photo of the fault to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
