Shipping Information

Orders are shipped three times a week, on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday.

Please be aware that only small quantities of fabric are kept in stock. Most of our printing is done on a made to order basis and will take approximately 7-14 days from purchase to postage. If you need your purchase sooner, please get in touch.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

Orders over $100 - FREE SHIPPING

Orders under $100 - Flat rate of $12

Express - $15

Greeting cards - $8 shipping

All parcels are sent via Australia Post or a courier service and come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details once your purchase has been packed and made ready for shipping. Please allow the standard 3 - 5 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time for deliveries during holiday season.

If you are local and would like to pick up from the studio, please note that you must arrange a time as the studio is not accessible to the general public. Please get in touch if you would like to collect, and we can arrange a refund on your shipping if required.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Currently, we do not ship to all countries. If you find your country is not listed, please get in touch for shipping costs.

All items will be sent via standard air mail, in tough bags or satchels depending on the size. If you would like tracking please get in touch for postage cost.

Please allow the standard 2 - 5 weeks for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time for deliveries during the pandemic or holiday seasons. 

Note that any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your order will be sent in compostable or recycled packaging wherever possible. 

Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame so we can investigate its whereabouts.
