It is important that you are happy with your Femke Textiles purchase. 

All our products are hand printed which means there may be slight differences/imperfections during each print run and from piece to piece making them all original. As all our products are made from natural fabrics, there may also be the occasional slight imperfection in the fabric but these imperfections do not compromise strength or quality.

We do our very best to accurately photograph all products, however please be aware that colours may vary slightly on different computer screens. The colour and print placement you receive may vary slightly from what you see in the online store - this is not considered a fault.

If you have any concerns please contact us. We aim to provide products of the highest quality. Should you believe your item/s to be faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your goods.  We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
